Keep the peace The mixed population of humans and aliens live together in a newly established City 31. Unpredictable enemy encounters Everything starts in the HQ. Before every encounter with enemy forces, you’ll choose the entry points of your agents and select the order in which they will act. This will be possible due to the fact that the Chimera Squad is composed of both human and alien operatives, each of whom has unique attributes, distinct motivations, and far-reaching backstories. The agents at your control can be trained individually, get temporarily replaced by androids in missions when downed, or used to manipulate the flow of combat in various unconventional ways. Remembering the turns of each agent and enemy can be crucial when pursuing victory, especially when no encounter goes the same way. These initial decisions can determine the way the entire battle might turn out. Here you’ll train individual operatives, develop equipment or buy new gear from Supply or Scavenger markets as well as pick and prioritize missions in accordance to the state of the city. To prevent this from happening, you’ll need to select missions in the HQ, with each accomplished task mitigating the social disorder and granting a range of additional rewards.
